I had the full version but I changed my device. Can I transfer the full version of Tsubook to my new device?

Yes, you can transfer your full version to your new device if it is associated with the same account (the same email address) as the previous device.

The way to do this depends on the types of phones. If both devices (old and new) have the same operating system (ie both are Apple or both are Android):

  • Android: Make sure you are connected to the internet, then open Tsubook. The thank you page for your purchase should appear directly. If the app is already open when you log in, use the «Exit» option in the side menu and then restart Tsubook.
  • Apple: Make sure you are connected to the Internet, then open Tsubook. Click on the icon at the top left (three horizontal lines) to open the side menu. Click on your profile, then click the «Restore my previous purchases» button. The Appstore will ask you for your password and restore your version after that.

If the two devices do not have the same system (for example you switch from an iPhone to an Android or vice versa), then the transfer must be done manually. To do this you have to make a request from inside the Tsubook app on your old device (open the side menu and click on «Write to us»).
