If both devices (old and new) have the same operating system (ie both are Apple or both are Android):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Android: Make sure you are connected to the internet, then open Tsubook. The thank you page for your purchase should appear directly. If the app is already open when you log in, use the \u00abExit\u00bb option in the side menu and then restart Tsubook.<\/li>\n<li>Apple: Make sure you are connected to the Internet, then open Tsubook. Click on the icon at the top left (three horizontal lines) to open the side menu. Click on your profile, then click the \u00abRestore my previous purchases\u00bb button. The Appstore will ask you for your password and restore your version after that.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the two devices do not have the same system (for example you switch from an iPhone to an Android or vice versa), then the transfer must be done manually.
